Hikma Publisher is an owner-operated application for the في أرض الحكمة educational channel. This website provides application information and contact details; it does not offer public registration or a paid subscription.

2. Authorized operation
Only the configured administrator may operate the bot. Before authorizing or using its publishing features, the operator must read these terms and the privacy policy. The operator controls the source list, destinations, visibility, publishing limits and manual requests.
By using Hikma Publisher's YouTube API features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google authorization does not transfer ownership of an account or its content to this application.
3. Content and editorial responsibility
The operator is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for any material processed or published and for complying with relevant platform rules. A license associated with one video does not establish permission for every video from the same channel.
AI-generated transcripts, titles, chapters and editorial suggestions may contain errors. The operator remains responsible for their accuracy, attribution, audience settings and publication decisions. The application provides technical checks and a review queue, not a guarantee of editorial correctness or permission.
Fi Ard Al Hikma is an independent channel, not the official channel of the original speakers. Existing content rights remain with their respective owners.
4. Availability and controls
Tasks depend on server availability, provider quotas, valid authorization, and platform permissions. Upload completion, public visibility, processing time and audience growth are not guaranteed.
Pausing affects future workflow checkpoints; an already dispatched request may finish. Revoking Google access does not delete uploaded videos or automatically erase local files. See the privacy policy for control and deletion requests.
